Brandon Lee has broad experience in the criminal justice system.  He was a police officer from 2014 through 2017 when he went to law school and graduated cum laude from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.  There, he was inducted into the U.C. Hastings Honor Society for academic achievement, including winning seven CALI and Witkins Awards for Excellence.

After law school, Mr. Lee worked as an associate in the Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense practice group at Fenwick & West, a top-rated Silicon Valley firm.  There, he defended directors and officers of technology and life sciences companies against accusations of insider trading, money laundering, securities fraud, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations.  Mr. Lee then lateraled to Baker & McKenzie — a large, international law firm — and was an associate in the their Litigation & Government Enforcement practice group.

Mr. Lee then left private practice to become a prosecutor and prosecuted a wide array of crimes across two California counties before opening his own firm on May 1, 2024.  Now, Mr. Lee defends individuals accused of those crimes.  He is admitted to practice law before all of the courts of the State of California and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California.

The Law Office of Brandon Lee represents clients throughout the Central Valley areas, including Fresno, Madera, Sanger, Tulare, San Luis Obispo, Kings, Tuolumne, Kern, Mariposa, Stanislaus, and Merced County. We also represent clients charged with crimes at the recreation areas of Millerton Lake, Lake Nacimiento, and Shaver Lake.
